Usable but not amazing(considering that a)the set is not actually running protean so no stab boost and b)it doesn't have very high powered physical attacking moves).I would personally just stick to the 103 sp.atk that has stab and pretty high powered moves to support it.

Look the good thing about the set is that is surprises people(kind of like physical Sylveon).The bad thing is that its COMPLETELY WALLED BY WATER TYPES/WATER ABSORB/FERROTHORN/MOST POKEMON IN THE METAGAME THAT HAVE SOME SORT OF DEFENCE STAT.Not to be a jerk. but thats the truth.Most pokemon wall...
