Yeah I'm thinking of actually giving Heatran stealth rocks, and for Latias offensive teams I need to keep my Scarf since my team is on the slow side. I'm gonna try azelf too, but I'm gonna put a scarf on Heatran for it.

Scarf Breloom (393 Speed) is faster then Azelf (361 Speed). As for Gyarados I have Scarf Latias comming into revenge kill it, same as Salamence having to Earthquake to Break my Heatrans substitute.

Well I see one big problem with Infernape with HP Ice Close Combat Fire Blast and Grass Knot taking out your whole team, unless HP Ice misses Gliscor.

He's in Sand Storm so moonlight recovers; 25% Calm Mind in Stall isn't good since you want instant walls not ones that need to set-up.

What happens if Aero's and Heatran are dead? Good luck with MixApe. Also Ice Punch over Avalanche. And For Tran Fire Blast over Flame Thrower. And why 252 HP on Pert? Only 240 is needed unless your gonna have substitute focus Punch which would fix your Ape Weakness.
