I'm the feeling in the "3rd game of the gen", whether it'll be Pokemon Z or XZ/YZ, it'll get a mega-evolution/form. In fact, if they go the XZ/XZ route like they did with B2W2, I can see it getting two. One of X and one for Y.

I've used it with success, and I'm not even that good of a player (I average around 1600). But I haven't used butterfree so I'm not sure how venomoth compares to it. It's nice that Wonder Skin doesn't only pertain to sleep but any status type move.

Thanks for the responses. Wow, I never realized all the divisible factors with residual damage that can affect HP EV spreads and your pokes overall survival. I'll take a look at the HP EV articles.

I guess this question is more general than this meta specific but when doing the EV spread, is it better to put 4 EVs into HP instead of Def/SpDef? Is there any difference? And this is directed more for when I want to give defensive spreads and can't decide whether it's better to put more EVs...

I know Ice Beam part of the standard moveset for Grass Arceus against dragons but is Fire Blast/Flamethrower viable so it's not completely walled by ferrothorn and forretress? This is for support Grass Arceus btw.

Ah, I see. Since I only started playing ubers the 2nd half of the month, I'd assumed that the regular uber ladder stats were the same as the suspect stats. My mistake. This makes a lot more sense.

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but is there a reason why there's such a huge drop in the number of battles this month compared to March? From 72,715 battles to 3,987 seems like a pretty huge change in the span of a month unless I'm misreading something.
