You see the reason why it looked like it copied his stats in his vid is because they're around the same level I used a lvl 100 ditto vs a lvl 5 wild pokemon and 1hit it. did the same vs a lvl 16 fire ape it died in 1 hit with a fire move

No it doesn't, it only copies abilties and move. I should know I just tested it

Erm Ditto does not copy the pokemons stats only abilties and moves.
