Shoddy Battle 2 hmm? sounds interesting. I might just get back into Pokemon hearing about this :) Do you think it would be possible tab the battles for this version? It would be very convenient for people, like myself, who do 2-3 battles at once.

One suggestion. For Skymin, HP Ice could be swapped over Substitute. Zapdos give you many problems so HP Ice would be nice. I think you can 2HKO it with Life Orb. Substitute is good, but HP Ice is another alternative.

Well you mentioned a MixApe weakness. If you switch Heatran's item to Choice Scarf you would render that weakness void. Yeah, I don't really consider Revenge Killing a counter, but this is the only solution I can think of if you don't want to change your team. Heatran can still get the job done...

Swampert does indeed scare T-tar away, so you can then set up rocks. If you want a good Stealth Rocker, Aerodactyl is also an option. Aerodactyl@Focus Sash Jolly - 252 Attack and Speed Pressure EQ Rock Slide Stealth Rock Taunt Sets up rocks with no problems and has a shot of 2HKOing T-tar.

IMO, Scizor doesn't really need the speed. Go with Swords Dance, that way you get some extra power on your Quick Attack. I really think you need Brick Break somewhere on that moveset. Magnezone gets a free kill on you, just letting you know.

If you plan to run a rain team, you WANT a Kingdra. Kingdra is one of the most beastly things on the rain team. Dewgong should be replaced. I am not much help here as I've never ran a Rain team, but yeah you need Kingdra.

Your Vaporeon set shouldn't be touched, I think that is the best possible set you can use right there. Giving it HP Electric will give you problems with Grass types in the long run, I know it gave my Suicune problems. Keep it like that.

Everything looks fine, but I would advise removing Dark Pulse on Heatran for Explosion. Explosion could help you in a desperate situation, and of course can be used to greatly damage a Blissey you expect to switch into you.
