Off by a second? Here's an interesting problem: I've finally started to get the hang of this RNG process. I'm trying to hit my seed using PikaTimer and verifying I've hit it using RNG Reporter with Elm calls. I've calibrated my settings such that I've finally gotten within about 10 or so...
