Just to point out, Jolteon on the monthly useage stats has a 4% useage of scarf. Compared to 32% Specs and 24% Life Orb. That being said I do agree with your suggestion to add Scizor to the team. However I believe it'd be better to switch him in for Cloyster instead of Salamence.

Hippowadon should be quite the... not counter, but they'll be brick walls at each other. Kinda sucky if you think about it. SS damage would eventually kill it though.
