    i guess, due to lackluster speed, luxray will be nothing but a UU Electrivire of sorts, except crunch over earthquake and fire + ice fang over ice punch and cross chop

    i think you snagged teh reason why there is arcanine on ateam and froslass, froslass stops fighting weakness, arcanine absorbs fire to stop fire weakness, thats why froslass and arcanine is on teh team really
