Yeah this set works pretty well against all evoboost eevee but immediately loses against scarf and other pika chu, I’d consider it the foil to scarf eevee, it beats pikachu but not a lot of eevees, but this one beats a lot a eevees but not other pikas...

Encore for protect scouting Eevees and Counter Sash if they decide to attack. Sub evoboost screws Pika over. Hyper Voice Evoboost almost always wins
