Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I really want to utilize corvinknight on an offensive oriented team. What is a good ev spread and moveset for it? What speed tier should it attempt to outspeed on an offensive build.
I'm trying to make a core with Mega Venu and Celesteela. What would be the optimal EV spreads in the metagame with them paired together? Mixed defensive celesteela or full spdf? Earthquake or Hp fire mega venu? Full spdf or smogon sample set for mega venu?
What does TR Magearna run? Any good replays and teammate suggestions? TR is only an "other option" on its analysis. I see TR Magearna picking up traction.
Snow Warning does not break disguise. Mega Mawile and Alolan Ninetails could make a decent core. If unsure read smogon analysis on these pokemon. BO stands for bulky offense.
Will smogon have metagame and a viability ranking for Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee? If there are pages on smogon regarding this game can you please link me? Thank you.
Modest Zam almost outspeeds like 95% of the metagame though with modest and hits like a truck. I'd rather it break teams with its coverage. Recover is important too because of priority or if it is widdled down by hazards. It also allows it to be healthy for those stall-ish mons and to be...
I remember there was a resource where it stated (inserted pokemon name here) top 5 used EV spreads + items. It would basically go through all OU pokemon. This EV guide was useful to me and now I can't find it. Is it anywhere located in the usage/statistics thread? Where can I find it?
Furfrou to B Furfrou is a tanky pokemon with fur coat that can easily deal with the totem pokemon. Through my ingame experience, the silk scarf item was obtained very early in hauli city and it learns headbutt at level 12. To deal with totem pokemon, such as; raticate/gumshoos, lurantis and toge...
Espeon to D. Espeon is an extremely niche pokemon but has shown quite a bit of success in the OLT cycles. Espeon is pretty much essential when placed on baton pass teams due to its great ability to prevent phasing and status and can may be powerful with stored power when paired with Scolipede...
This post by this user I don't necessarily agree with. Zard Y doesn't outclass Mega Gard. They are both wallbreakers but they have both pros and cons. I'd even argue Char Y requires more team support than Mega Gard (I see more diversity in Gard teams than Char teams). Re-gardvoir-less both are...
