This is true. But I can never understand why people bash Umbreon, its such a solid team support in UU.

This is Smogon. Play VGC or Wifi Battle, or ask for it to be OM in Showdown. Don't come in trying to change something that isn't broken, and forcing creativity is the least creative. I'm kind of on the fence whether to have a mod look at this sloppy thread.

Clefable best Fairy-Type NA?

I'll say this much. Items limitations will narrow pokemon selections. Your probably better off asking for this to be one of those Special Battle Formats on Smogon, as most user here won't like the change as the mechanic itself isn't broken. Oh and don't take my lefties off my Stall please. :D

I played with Clefable on several OU and UU teams fifth gen. For me it always got the job done, Magic Guard is an insanely powerful tool on her and her move pool compliments it a lot. The only trouble I found with her last gen is everything carried a fighting move last gen, and now that's gone...

I see bright futures for Clefable and Scolipede.

I don't know guys, I used Clefable in UU and OU occasionally in Gen 5 and I was impressed. I truly believe Clefable will be a undercover monster this gen. The amount of sets Clefable can run is ridiculous and its move pool is ridiculous, pure fairy typing which kills its main problem, fighting...

I'm really liking a gimmick like this becoming a viable strategy, unforunately this thing seems like it will be vunerable to Volcorona, Crobat and Scizor.

I can see that. I'm a sucker for underdogs though lol. I guess a lot of things can only be compared to the current meta as of know, I'll keep that in mind as we go along.
