    What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics What is the bug? In Gen 4 DPP OU, swift swim isn't working; it's not powering up water moves and not speeding up swift swimmers. I played two matches where it did nothing for kingdra (and yes I have swift swim on not sniper) but i unfortunately...
