Is the Eevee you get from Amanita unable to be shiny? RNG'd it and it wasn't shiny So I guess the Deerling, Jellicent, other DW gifts/interactables can't be shiny either?

Does walking through the tiles in the Regi rooms increase PID rng? They don't have encounters but it seems that my initial PID rng frame is off.

What's going on here? I time finder'd a seed I want on frame 1, but every other thing is showing that the spread I want isn't on frame 1.

Is that 20ish after the starting frame? So if I have a starting frame 50, I should look in the 70s and hope to get lucky?

You get items directly from the thrift store; no need to take anything to anyone. But its random, like the lowest one you can buy has like Hard Stones and Tiny Mushrooms. Ive gotten sacred ash from join avenue and thats either from the people passing by or from the thrift store.
