    I mean that is the base stat, can we look at IVs from base stat?

    Simple question. I don't really get IVs, is a level 1 hasty eevee with 12/6/5/6/6/6 5IV? Edit: I've tried psypokes' IV calc and it says that it has 5 31 IVs, while the kiloude says it has 3.. needs some reassurance.

    Trading damp rocks for any gen 5 and below pokemon. Any IV, EV, nature, and ability is fine.
