Anyone who doesnt use Regirock in a sandstream team deserves to die. Over 450 in both defenses and 386 HP (With the right EVs)? This thing is a bitch to to take down, with a nice attack stat to hit back as well.

Just to be clear about hacking: Would a Kingdra with legit stats but Illegally caught (Say, on route 2) be allowed? And do all the teams have to be traded to the Council? Just trying to avoid confusion here ;)

I run Leaf Blade, Earthquake, Night Slash and Brick Break. Night Slash/BB hit everything for neutral, Leaf Blade is needed, Earthquake is filler. So X-Scissor could work. And btw, if you worked out the EVs, Leaf Storm is an option.
