    If Volcarona is already boosting up, Jellicent will be useless. I don't see how Jellicent counters Volcarona.

    You need to move your movesets so they are under the pokemon, not the description. I don't know if pictures are necessary, but they make these much easier to read and rate.

    I know you like Rotom-C, but he does nothing for your team that Rotom-W couldn't do better. You're already fire weak enough as it is. Using Rotom-W could give you a nice switch in for STAB fire attacks. Heck, you're using Leaf Storm on Lilligant anyways.

    An offensive Tyraniboah like Substitute Crunch Fire Blast Focus Punch works incredibly well. It was like the shining set of my Sandstorm team. Special attacking with Dark Pulse, Flamethrower/Fire Blast, and Ice Beam could also work well.
