Idk if Wisp hex sweeper is really that big a niche, and I’d imagine you’d rather run Chandelure for that role instead due to its higher stats outside spedef and better offensive typing

I personally don’t think it should require wins per se, but I would support wins being weighted, as winning is (obviously) a better sign of good usage than losing.

Isn't Hitmonlee just better Hitmonchan or am I not sufficiently well-versed in BDSP RU?
