Hmm imo Thunder on Raikou is a bit of a risk, but then again with the amount of rain dance teams going around now-a-day I must admit it would be pretty effective but still I personally think you should go for HP Grass, to cover the switching in Rock types + the additional worries of your teams...- Magikarpsushi
