I'm actually pretty excited about using the Electivire now. Something about using those one-off Pokemon in battle just strikes me as a fun novelty ^_^

Is it off topic to discuss the movesets on these two? I know people have on and off discounted or praised them but what's your personal opinion on these two? Truly battle ready or completely useless?
