Can you breed me a male clefairy with wish. Any ivs or nature. I can't trade at the moment.

I can breed just about any species necessary, and I'm in the middle of porting my Power Items from Platinum to HGSS and I have a cadre of Dittos with Natures and such. I believe I have a Ditto for every IV. I also have a Shiny Dratini, although I never checked the IVs on it.
