... OH! I'm an idiot! I tried to evolve it into Togekiss, but I put Togetic instead, dumbrain strikes again this day...

So... I have a bayleef that cross-evolves into togetic, but tells me that they are not consecutive evolutionary stages, but vigoroth can use it just fine, can someone tell me what I'm missing? (I know it's probably not good anyway, I just want to know why it doesn't work here)
