    I just beat Pokemon Battle Revolution and got the Surfing, Volt Tackling Pikachu. Should I Evo it to Raichu, or keep it pikachu so it can hold a Light Ball. also what should its move set be? Surf/Volt Tackle/?/?

    you should restart your or her game over a few times to get 2 of each starter then trade back, that way you have all 3. Thats what a friend of mine and I did.

    I've been playing since Red/Blue, I stopped during R/S/E but started again at FR/LG. I'm new to the competitive battling scene, before it was just me and my friends. Call me stupid or w/e but what is EV training/IV's? Very stupid question but I'm completely in the dark.
