    Round

Believe me, no. If you use Rounds with all three pokemon only the second takes priority (and so the boost I guess). The big problems with this move have already been stated: the first Round is pathetically weak and the move is single-target. Yes, it can have some use to get a surprise kill...

I'm pretty sure they get floored and not rounded. (on a side note, if you're investing at least 116 EVs in SpAtk and only ~20 in speed then it's better to run Modest instead of Timid, i.e. 116/20+ has the same SpAtk/Spe than 0+/116 but saves 20 EVs)

In the damage calculation there's a factor like (IV+EV/4)*lvl/100, so if lvl=100 4EV=1 stat point, while if lvl=50 you have to calculate IV/2+EV/8. Since this number is rounded down, I'll give you a numeric example hoping to simplify the explanation: - if IV=31 (in general, odd IV) then...

I'm almost sure that EQ is not affected by parental bond, don't know about other spread moves Mamo needs Jolly with 176 speed EVs to always outspeed 252+ Breloom

Maybe it's because if you have 31HP IV you need only 172 EV to reach 192HP

Some sort of Egg 'RNG' Abuse (Read the first post!)

I think I'm missing something...I don't see how you save time by choosing a) over b): a) use this method until your random parents pass down the IVs you want then use the good parents and breed the offspring you need b) keep hatching eggs until the good parents pass down the IVs you want

In this case Sucker Punch doesn't hit the opponent (the move isn't executed) so it doesn't make contact and there isn't a stat drop

    Ability Oblivious

First question: if the mechanic didn't change then the answer is yes, just like using Mold Breaker Spore on a Vital Spirit pokemon in BH Secondo question: No, Oblivious only infatuation and Taunt

Toxic damage doesn't doubles, it goes like 1/16th, 2/16th, 3/16th, etc. of HP (but 324/4 is 81 instead of 80...am I missing something?)

Yes, the countdown starts when the ability activates the weather condition (i.e. when Drizzle/Drought/SS/SW's message appear)

In genV boxes are unlocked when you put some pokemon in the last box (or fill it? I don't remember) so it's probably the same now

They shouldn't be affected since Wonder Skin cut to 50% the chance of status moves with an accuracy check, and in X/Y Roar/Whirlwind have perfect accuracy
