    Not true, you can DEFINITELY find HA pokes without them being online the chances of encounter are just lower. I've down it hundreds of times. Its not hard at all. Hes just gotta keep looking. Edit: Still looking for a 5 IV Bold Swift Swim Poliwag. Pm me I have plenty to trade.

    Pokemon that result from breeding two 5 IV parents that only have 4 of those 5 perfect IVs. People save them and trade them for other people to use for breeding. Hope this helps.
