would i just have to save or save state to catch her? because she does go away after i kill it. so far i have 2 pokes im using in my firered scramble challenge. will only hack up to 3 pokes since im playing on emulator. want it to be medium difficulty. those are really my only restrictions...

as long as it can learn the move and isn't 100% hacked pokemon, i will be able to get it in. surfing pikachu can be in pokemon yellow and other pokemon games, but not sure about fire red but ill accept that still
