Okay so I want to get a perfect starter cyndaquil in my soulsilver. An earlier poster said that I need to abuse my tid and find a frame 5 that is flawless. But how do I find that frame? What program do i use? And also Im having a hard time finding a guide on how to abuse trainer id for hgss. Help?

Alright thanks! I dont have an ar though, I suppose I could use pokecheck tho and start over? I guess I'll need to learn how to abuse my id, but will abusing the sid be necessary if i dont care about shinys?
