Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Thanks! Looks like I had a formula error, will try running that one again
edit: Looks like I accidentally restricted the SV learners to "mons in SWSH", so I'd also cut out a bunch of other mons. Thanks again! Editing the post now
Indeed! It's a particular Area of Interest to me because prior to the Toxic apocalypse of BDSP it was a relatively rare occurrence.
Just edited to remove Sludge Wave Weezing-G from the losses list. Must have messed up my query
I'm still catching up on this thread (on 484 of 510 lol) but I was deep in the sheets for a few days but I made my usual list of TM LOSSES. To be clear: This means that a Pokémon LEARNED A MOVE BY TM OR TUTOR which obviously excludes like, someone who got a move by Egg or something but doesn't...
Found some discrepancies in the data between SV and HOME's dex data sets. Made a tab for it on my sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MAQLLg60Y036EQYHtz0PjCBLEYcLgy6mhjsaUDxiSFY/edit#gid=346742509

Decided to look at the old HOME personal files datamine to compare with the new TM learnlists... Mostly the same, a few gains and here's all the losses
Most curious to me is not giving Numel line Sand Tomb, Hariyama not getting to keep Heat Crash and the tragic missed potential of Scale Shot...
I'm doing a comparison between the DLC TM moves in SV and the last game those moves were teachable in (either as TM or Tutor) and so far my most hilarious finding is that WAY more Pokémon GAINED Knock Off (38) than lost access to it (13). And the losing access list is soooo funny.
I've been doing my usual comparing of TM Learnlists and have a few observations so far. First
and secondly,
A lot of inconsistency fixes, though they didn't get all the ones I've noticed (Charmander's evos still don't get Metal Claw) but a HELL of a lot of cleanup. I'm working on updating...
