You have PuP, so you probably don't need the extra attack boosts. Intimidate and Shed Skin both give you something tangible that you can use on most occasions, and should be your first options.

Sand teams would LOVE this guy as a special counterbeater. Pretty much nothing that beats typical sand can fail to die to Heliolisk with the Elemental Trio Coverage.

I don't know about evasion at base, but I'd be all for getting Sand Veil and Snow Cloak back out of the Evasion Clause bloc.
