If you Mean Look and U-Turn, can you trap the opponent?

I used Chatot throughout the entire game in-game, and I don't think his Chatter -EVER- confused anyone. It might be 10% possible to confuse, but it's ABSOLUTELY not 100%...

Can you use Mean Look and then U-Turn to trap an opponent, or does that not work like Mean Look and then Baton Pass?

Since the Choice Scarf makes getting a Transform off viable, what happens to Ditto after he uses Transform while wearing the Choice Scarf? Once he transforms, he won't have access to Transform anymore. Can he use any move he has and be locked in, or will he be forced to Struggle?

How EXACTLY does the Quick Feet ability work? How much does it raise speed by? Is your speed only increased WHILE you have a status effect, or can you keep raising your speed? Do self-induced status effects raise your speed?
