lol that seems like the tournament would be sort of a crapshoot ie the luckiest player would win the tournament. we still try to have at least a little bit of competitiveness in gimmicky tournaments, with only a few exceptions like the metronome tournament. maybe you could propose to host a standard BW OU tournament where only one of those aspects is allowed, such as evasion moves or OHKO moves
