    Without calculating anything my guess would be a STAB Psychic is more powerful then a Solid Rock Ice beam (even though it's SE). Unless this was an oversight?

    I have picked out my Christmas tree. It was a hard choice between the Tall, plastic "Makes a hell of a mess" tree or the small, fiber optic "Kills you if you touch it" tree, but i decided that having a messy house > getting electrocuted with a dodgy fiber optics thing
