If Aegislash forces 50/50's with King's Shield then we should have a ladder without it, yes, there are current sets that are KSless, but since we are laddering where KS is allowed, we have no idea if its KSless or not. If we knew Aegislash didnt have KS then it would possibly be less pressure...
