Actually, I was referring to replacing Ice Shard. With the Speed boost it wouldn't really matter too. Then again, you should go with whatever suits your team best.

I have little to no experience with Doubles teams (which I think this is) so I can't help much in terms of synergy or whatnot, but if you want a reliable STAB for Cloyster, I would recommend running Razor Shell; It's STAB, accurate, and is Physical.
