In Diamond and Pearl, I've been in several hot-spot EV training guides, and they've all helped me, but when it comes to getting attack points, I'm always stumped. I'm curious as to where is the best and most efficient place to train for attack EVs, and where do you go to train for them?

4HKO against a Blissey is nothing impressive actually. (Although Wake-Up Slap may hit Bliss a bit harder though...) She has a good attack stat compared to her special attack, but it's the physical movepool that's hurting the set here.
