Can't learn Water Sport, Bubble beam, perish song, or aqua tail. I have to think there's a chance of something with the azumarril line, it's so drastically different in terms of moves.

Doesn't get Air Slash, Sky Attack, or Extreme Speed (yes I am getting desperate)

Does not get Ancient Power, Safeguard, After You or Last Resort

It also does not get cosmic power

It doesn't get Metronome or Stored Power either I refuse to believe there's a pokemon with only 2 egg moves

Does not get Sweet Scent, Charm, or skill swap as egg moves
