As you have two dark moves on T-tar (crunch and pursuit), and T-tar is an excellent pursuit trapper. I would recommend you change the crunch to ice punch in order to cover ground types and grass types, as well as get an extra edge over dragons. Edit: Sorry, didn't realize how old this was...
