Arcanine (Specially Defensive)
After reading this set i tried out will-o-wisp over extremespeed to offset the lack of physical defense this has compared to the standard arcanine. It was fun nailing azumarill and sd venusaur with a burn. Maybe it deserves a slash ?_?- Micah B.
