Not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet, but the Tera type should be Ghost or Steel, so you don't get absolutely destroyed by Belly Drum + Espeed. EDIT: I guess Ghost specifically because the Belly Drum + Espeed mons are all Fire Types. I guess Rock is an option too.
