It was 2-2 iirc when i forfeited, due to a long battle which was against my odds. I couldn't hit his poke and had too few rests to waste pp to struggle. Fucked up when i risked too much on switching my Zappy in, which was the only thing which could touch it.

Do remember, the tiers are meant for power, not for usage, even though the names suggests otherwise. Sceptile is a good Endeavorer along with Subseed. His power isn't low enough to be BL, IMO.

I think it is an effect similar to Brightpowder, 10%.
