It most definitely does not activate when sitrus does. I've seen it many times in game and the mechanics page even says that it doesn't.

Golisopod's ability, Emergency Exit, and it's interaction with Sitrus Berry is broken. In the Battle Mechanics Research, it says "If a Pokemon with Emergency exit is brought above 50% of its HP with a Sitrus Berry Emergency Exit does not activate. (UltiMario)"...
