I was aware of growl, but didn't it only lower your level to a maximum/minimum of 1? You can "reverse" back all the way to level 100? Nevermind then, this glitch is clearly broken, regardless of the pokemon you get.

It removes some challenge, yes, but by how much, really? Considering by the point you can get this Mew, you will already have a nidoking, which will smash most of the game rather easily. Considering just how good Nidoking is, i would be curious to know how much this glitch would actually affect...
