Looks like I’m not the only one - I’ve found myself struggling to find a well balanced team not weak to ground. Currently 4 mons on my team are weak (garganacl, Tinkaton, ceruledge, pawmot). I’m trying to use only new mons too but this gen is really weak to ground.
I can respect that, but I’d counter that the fact the meta will be sun-heavy would be reason to take advantage of the new snow buff to get rid of it. Getting rid of it (and even electric terrain) is as much detrimental to a team losing it as it is having it.
Also, isn’t there a new move that...
This might be me, but I’ve noticed cetitan a lot more than baxcalibur in a lot of peoples team postings online. Is anyone else getting the sense that cetitan is the superior ice-type? Not that baxcalibur is bad, but cetitan gives me g-darmanitan vibes, especially with a +2 speed/+1 def from snow...
I was under the impression based off it's description that it had the chance to hit between 1 to 10 times in a row, not necessarily a guaranteed 10 times in a row (basically a fury attack/swipes but instead of a 12.5% chance to hit 4 or 5 times, it's a 12.5% chance to hit 8 or 10 times).

this will help chesnaught be a decent belly drummer. he's been struggling with that low 64 base speed but a +2 from salac and trailblaze should be enough to give it a decent niche in singles.
This one kinda disappointed me, only because I'm obsessed with ho mons n I thought it was gonna share Hariyama's egg moves (particularly bullet punch and feint). I feel like normal Hariyama kinda outclasses it in this department - and it even gets headlong rush for the eventual cckblock that is...
Does anyone know the typing and bp of glaive rush? I had the impression it was dragon, like most pseudo signature moves, but then there's already dragon "rush", which kinda makes me think maybe it's ice.
Orthworm gets shed tail. Not as good a cyclizar but at least it's not as frail and it's slower if priority matters to your team. I might use this over cyclizar, maybe just give it a berry or have a wish-user on my team.
lol i was wondering that. also, it turns out its sig move is glaive rush and its drawback is essentially a -2 def/sp. def for the next turn. Maybe it can hide behind a sub, but that move better have 100% accuracy and 100 bp er something.
