    With the IV alone it's 31 points. Combined with EVs it's 94.

    Yes. The use of any device like Action Replay, Gameshark, etc to manipulate the game code in your favour is hacking. Items, Pokémon the whole shebang is hacking.

    I tend to go with Gyarados too, but I can either DD straight away, of it they are electric, switch to Gliscor and get some stealth rock up.

    I'm no expert, but I'm having reasonable success with Calm Mind, Grass Knot, Thunderbolt and Psychic. I'm going to experiment with wish instead of CM, and go with a life orb.
