Okay, I'll make it 24-48 hours. Adding. :) 4 claims rule is to prevent mass claiming which is against the very spirit of TvMs. Yeah they can. But revealing their action will be considered as a claim. Yup.

Alright. It would be 24-36 hours. Nope. If a village claims (not fake-claim), it would be counted as claim. Fake claims are not counted but if they are cc'd then they will be counted. Adding! :)

What you mean by deadlines? Nope they won't. But if they are counter claimed, then the CC would be counted towards the rule.
