I'm thinking of replacing my old DS Lite. The hinge on it is broken and I want the DSi, I mean it has a better screen/speakers and I don't have to worry about the hinge problem. I won't use the camera feature or music since I have my phone for those. What's a DSi nowadays? $160?

Okay, the power items you get with BP points that helps give you more EVs. It says it lowers your speed. I was wanting to know if it lowers your speed stat overall? Or lowers your speed just in battle?
