So every scarf pokemon on every team ever is Gengar now? Also, if Linoone does happen to be hiding behind a substitute, it can shadow claw. I'd hesitate to put Linoone up against Gengar anyway, though. It's sort of outmatched.

So the counter to Wobbuffet is "sacrifice something"? Yeah, I guess that about sums it up.

I'd give it a shot. And of course the uber you select and the on your opponent select will matter a lot, but that could make things interesting.

Most overrated: Heracross. It might be difficult to use properly or something, but it usually seems to eat a strong flying or other super-effective attack and go down before taking anything out (in my experience). Most underrated: Life orb Electrode. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else use...

Well, that depends on how "legitimate" is defined. And it seems that most of those definitions (the reasonable ones, at least) would also exclude Shaymin and possibly some other stuff. I doubt any of the NYPC pokemon have maxed IV's.
