This is straight up Gen 7 Garchmop with arguably better typing and dragon dance+ other boosting moves. I don't understand how some of you can say it isn't OU just because of a relatively shallow movepool. He even gets poison jab to cover fairy weakness? I wonder if everyone said the same about...
