Yeah, Hitmontop could be huge. It has a lot of utility and options. Tyrogue gets Helping Hand so it's possible we may see some Hitmontops with that. Mach Punch would be a good move anti-Weavile move if it's common enough.

I tried restarting my computer and starting instacheck as an admin and the same problem occurs. I made sure I did the steps in the same order as in the instructions. When I connect the 3DS that has instacheck in the Wi-Fi connections it takes longer for it to connect to the Internet.

I'm trying to calibrate in Platinum but whenever I try to find my seconds and delay I get the message "No reasonable initial seed found." This has happened every time I try to calibrate. No Pokemon are roaming.

I think that before someone said that we should only ban a Pokemon when it's used to its greatest potential, or something along those lines, and that we shouldn't ban individual items/moves on a Pokemon. Using hat logic, Garchomp should be banned and not the Pokemon that cause Sandstream...

Luxray's Thunderbolt is as strong as Electivire's so it probably will do more. I'd do a damage calc to be certain but I don't know the standard Lapras' EVs.
