  1. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

I think you might be okay? 19 is a little low, but when I was deciding whether to keep my Yveltal I did some calculations and found that with no HP investment the difference between a 22 and a 31 IV was only 9 points at level 100 or 4 points at level 50 where battling apparently happens now...
  2. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

Okay, guess that's that. I'm guessing Yveltal probably shouldn't be staying in on Xerneas or Genesect anyways, since they're strong attackers with super-effective STABs? Anyways, thanks for the advice and for putting up with my ridiculousness.
  3. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

Just used a Rare Candy and a hidden power check to confirm. Yveltal - #717 (Hasty) : 22 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 30 Everyone says that +speed natures are useless without a 31 Speed IV, and I'm OCDing incredibly hard about the HP. Should I keep or continue trying?

Okay, fair enough. Thanks for the input everyone, off to continue resetting. EDIT Son of a Furfrou. Check this out: Yveltal [Hasty] 22, 23 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 How important is HP relative to the defenses?
  6. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

Damn. I was planning on a mixed set and synchronizing for Hasty - is the lack of extra speed really going to kill it that badly? I'm kind of clueless but I thought that Yveltal was in a kind of weird speed tier where it doesn't necessarily have to have max +nature speed to beat things below it...
  7. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

    Okay, this settles it - some higher power hates me and my Synchronizer. I'm sorely tempted to keep this, should I? Yveltal [Docile] 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 28, 29 / 30, 31 (Actual stats 201 / 151 / 115 / 151 / 117 / 119, Alert to Sounds)
  8. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

    Okay, new contender: Yveltal [Mild] 30, 31 / 24, 25 / 20 - 23 / 30, 31 / 20, 21 / 30, 31 How high do the other stats need to be to be useable, 20+? 25+? Also- I think you mean Calm? Calm is a nature, Clam is a Shellder. I unfortunately know fuck all about Ubers so I can't really help...
  9. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

I've also seen people advocating Modest or Mild, so there's that to consider too. I think the logic I saw for Hasty is that most of the types that are SE on Yveltal tend towards special attacks.
  10. Gen 6 The "Are my Pokémon IVs and Nature good?" Thread

    So I've been resetting for Yveltal and got this: Bashful 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 30, 31 / 26, 27 / 28, 29 / 30, 31 (Actual stats were 201 / 151 / 115 / 149 / 117 / 119) Should I hang onto this? I'm pretty sure the IVs are somewhat okay, but that neutral nature... Come to think of it though I...

Okay, then. Thanks! (I was worried about the crap HP, but that works too.)
  12. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer - mark 15

I was SR'ing TRU Darkrai from way back in May, and came up with this thing: Darkrai Bashful, lv. 50 4-5/4-5/30-31/30-31/28-29/31 Nature is cruddy, but doesn't actually hurt, HP and Attack suck, but if I run a special attacker set it should be OK. All the other stats are godly, though...
  13. Ask a simple question, get a simple answer - mark 15

Darkrai I've been resetting TRU Darkrai and came up with this: Naive 24-25/18-19/22-23/24-25/22-23/31 Should I keep it?
  14. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Concept Submissions

*winces* Sorry, I haven't looked at the previous projects. My bad. I really like the ice-resisting dragon idea. Outside of Giratina there are no really defensive dragon types, so that'd be highly cool. Also Ice is getting to be (in my opinion) far too popular. Before everyone attacks...
  15. CAP 4 CAP 4 - Concept Submissions

Concept: Glass Cannon Description: A pokemon with massive elemental attacking power and speed but really, really weak defenses. Something along the lines of Sneasel/Weavile, but special-oriented. (I have a cool scratch sprite we could use, but it kind of looks dragon-ish, which may be a bad...
