I use DDMence (I first saw Marriland use it in D/P): Salamence @ Leftovers (To negative SS damage) 110 HP / 252 Attack / 148 speed Dragon Dance Dragon Claw Stone Edge Earthquake DD on the switch, hit hard.

I usually use CBcross but only if I have a Scarfchomp, otherwise, I use Scarfcross.

I like Agiligross the best, although it was a toss up between CBgross and Agiligross.

Well, I can assure you that Chomp, Mence, etc won't be making an appearance in UU. I don't know about Yanmega but I assume it won't be either... Furthermore, if you aren't carrying Ice Punch, you won't be switching into (or staying in against) a Scarfchomp anyways.

I wonder if 463 speed is really needed, especially if this is in UU. Perhaps you could use some of those Speed EVs and pump some into HP/Defense?

As long as your pokemon is within the legal limits set by the game, even if the stats are unlikely, I feel it is okay.
